Reflection

 

During the first quarter in ICT, I learned a lot of new skills and knowledge that are useful both in school and in daily life. I gained a deeper understanding of the importance of technology and how it affects communication, learning, and problem-solving. I was able to enhance my skills in using different applications and tools, such as word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets, which helped me become more efficient in accomplishing my tasks.

 

I also realized the value of being responsible when using technology. ICT is not only about knowing how to use computers and the internet, but also about practicing proper digital citizenship, such as respecting others online, protecting personal information, and using technology in a positive way.

 

Overall, the first quarter in ICT has helped me improve my technical skills, discipline, and creativity. I am looking forward to learning more advanced lessons in the next quarter and applying them in both academics and real-life situations.

 Engaging in activities like this is crucial as they enhance both the safety and enjoyment of our neighborhood while safeguarding our kalikasan from pollution and disregard. Participating in clean-up drives demonstrates our commitment to our community, encourages healthier lifestyles, and serves as a positive role model for the younger generation to value the environment. 

Letter for President

 

Dear Mr. President 

I believe that politics should not be about fighting each other but about helping each other. Every person, no matter where they come from, wants the same basic things safety, fairness, respect, and a chance to live a good life. But too often , we see leaders arguing instead of listening making promises instead of keeping them, and thinking about their own power instead of the people they serve.

We deserve leaders who see us not just as number or votes, but as human being with real struggles. The worker who stays late just to pay the bills. The young student who dreams of a better future but worries about the cost of school. The parents who want their children to grow up safe and healthy.

We must demand honesty. We must demand that public money is used for the public good not for private pockets. We must work together to fix what is broken our school, our hospitals, our roads, and our trust in each other.

let us stand together, not as strangers or opponents, but as neighbors, united in hope and determined to make our future better.

Nutrition Month Celebration

 The annual Nutrition Month in the philippines is a significant event promoting healthy eating habits and raising awareness about the importance of proper nutrition for a thriving population. This year's celebration focused on empowering individual to make informed food choices and and adopt a holistic approach to wellness It's a time for communities to come together and learn about the vital role nutrition play's in overall health and well-being.

The Nutrition Month at Ilocos Sur National high school cannot be overstated. Proper nutrition is vital for student cognitive development, and overall health. The celebration featured a lively food festival  showcasing healthy and delicious Ilocano dishes, prepared with the help of students and faculty. The collective efforts of the students, teachers, and staff contribute to a successful and memorable Nutrition Month.

My Ambition in life

Hi I'm John Patrick Casabar  and I am a grade 10 student at ISNHS. I live in Buquig Bantay. I an 14 years old  and /i have 2 brother's. As a curions and ambitions individual I'm hardworking about learning  and exploring new opportunities. I'm excited to be on this academic journey.

My hobby in life is playing basketball but I play basketball when there's no school or after I finish my all assignment in school. I also help my grandfather to go work so I can have allowance to go school. I believe in balancing academic with self-care and fun activities that bring me joy.

My ambition in life is to become a police or architect I promise4 to my self to fulfill my dream come true. So I will study hard so that my dream come true. so that i will help my family to all their sacrifices with us. I'm excited to see where this journey takes me. I can make a positive impact in my community.
